This item is in Mint Condition.  A very rare Four Star model.  Named the Gentleman’s Knife.  Most collectors think it is a bottle cap opener. Actually, it is for pulling the cork from the champagne bottle.  As far as we can tell, they were only made in 1988. We have not seen any other control number on one. There is very light handling marks on one bolster.
