This item is in Mint Condition.  Celebrating the 200th Anniversary of Puma_Werk, this knife is the first Commemorative knife produced by Puma.  The inscription Me Fecit Solingen translates in English to 
“I was made in Solingen”. This one is numbered 355, and 1769 were made.. It is complete with a box and an original certificate. IT is rare to see that the box has a complete Gold Foil Oak Leaf Motif. None are damaged, and they are all there. Usually, you will see some damage in this area. The box has a repair on the bottom. At some point, a high-speed machine put a hole in two places on the bottom of the box.  It has been repaired.  You would not see it unless you turn the box upside down.  I want to flag that so there are no surprises.  Otherwise, it is an outstanding and beautiful piece of rich Puma History.
